From 1st of January 2020 onwards we, Oliver Goetzl and Ivo Nörenberg, will go separate ways. We look back on 20 exciting and successful years in wildlife filmmaking (from which we worked 15 years together in GULO FILM PRODUCTIONS). I will continue running GULO FILM PRODUCTIONS – now with the help of my wife Corinna – and we look forward to producing many exciting Natural History films. The style of our company will not change: GULO stands for authentic animal behaviour (of mainly rare species), unknown places, emotional stories and unusual camera angles.

GULO FILM PRODUCTIONS was founded in 2004 by Oliver Goetzl and Ivo Nörenberg and has worked with NDR, BBC, Disneynature, Silverback Films, John Downer Productions (JDP), Jungle Beat Productions, Wild Horizons, Free Spirit Films, ZDF, VOX and WWF. GULO films have been co-produced by NDR, WDR, ARTE, ORF, Terra Mater, BBC, NHK, CBC, WNET/PBS, Smithsonian Channel, National Geographic, Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, SVT, S4C.
